Five jobs, five tools, none of them talking
The client places remote assistants with businesses. Running that means tracking shifts and breaks, proving the work got done, training people, hiring new ones and paying everyone correctly.
Each of those lived in a different tool. The client wanted one place for admins, clients, contractors, affiliates and candidates, each seeing only what they should.
A portal for the office, an extension for the contractor
Shifts and timesheets
Shift tracking, breaks and timesheet logs, with a daily job that closes shifts people forgot to end.
Clock in from the browser
A Manifest V3 side panel to clock in and out of shifts and tasks, with single sign-on to the portal.
Proof of work
Screen and tab recording with camera and mic, and screenshots attached to timesheets and tasks.
Recordings that summarise themselves
Recordings are transcribed with Deepgram, then turned into a summary, key points, action items and chapters.
Training and hiring
Courses, a content library and assigned training, plus job posts, a careers page and applications.
Accounting and roles
Payroll, invoices, payments, expenses and reports, behind five roles: admin, client, contractor, affiliate and candidate.
