We will promptly schedule a re-clean of the areas you were not satisfied with, at no additional cost to you.

If a cleaner deems a job to be unsafe or the space too cluttered to clean, they will notify Pürlus management immediately. We will then get in touch with the client to discuss the situation and explore possible solutions. At Pürlus, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. While we do our best to accommodate the needs of our clients, we also need to ensure that our operations run smoothly and that our cleaning professionals are fairly compensated for their time and commitment. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations and rescheduling to strike a balance between flexibility for our clients and fairness for our cleaners.
If a client needs to cancel less than than the respected time limit, a cancellation fee of $30 will be applied. This fee compensates our cleaners for their time and the lost opportunity to schedule another cleaning job.
We understand that sometimes a different date or time may be more convenient for you. Clients are encouraged to reschedule their cleaning appointment if the original timing no longer suits their needs.
